Your Canadian privacy rights
This page explains your rights under the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and Quebec's Law 25, and how to exercise them with Darian Fits.
Your rights
You have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, correct it if it is inaccurate, request its deletion, and request a copy of it (portability). You also have the right to know how your information is collected, used, and shared.
How to exercise your rights
To make a request, contact our Privacy Officer at info@darianfits.com. We respond to all privacy requests within 30 days, as required by PIPEDA.
Consent
We collect and use your personal information only with a valid basis, and—for optional analytics and advertising cookies—only after you give explicit consent. You can withdraw your consent at any time through our Your Privacy Choices page.
Privacy Officer
In accordance with Quebec's Law 25, we have designated a Privacy Officer responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable privacy laws and handling your questions, complaints, and requests.
Filing a complaint
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may file a complaint with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada (OPC) or, for Quebec residents, the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec (CAI).
