Shipping policy
This Shipping and Delivery Policy explains exactly how, where, and when we deliver your order. The price you see at checkout is the total you pay.
Where we ship
We ship exclusively to Canada and deliver to all Canadian provinces and territories.
Shipping cost
Shipping is free on all orders to any address in Canada. There is no minimum order value and there are no hidden fees. We never calculate shipping at checkout.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 0 to 2 business days. Orders placed before 12:00 PM (Atlantic Time, GMT-4) on a business day are processed the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends, or on Canadian statutory holidays are processed on the next business day.
Transit and total delivery time
Transit time is 7 to 9 business days. Total delivery time is 7 to 11 business days from the date of order placement, including processing.
How orders are fulfilled
Orders are dispatched by our international fulfillment and logistics partners and delivered across Canada by Canada Post.
Order tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update after dispatch.
Taxes and duties
All applicable Canadian taxes (GST/HST/PST) are already included in the price shown on our product pages. You will not be charged any customs duties, import taxes, surcharges, or handling fees at delivery.
Delays
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier performance, weather, peak season, or delivery to remote areas. If your order has not arrived within the expected window, contact us at info@darianfits.com with your order number and we will investigate.
Lost packages
If a package is confirmed lost in transit, you may choose a full refund to your original payment method or a free replacement of the same item, subject to availability.
Undeliverable or incorrect address
If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you by email to arrange reshipment to a corrected address.
