Shipping and Delivery Policy

Delivery Area

We ship exclusively to addresses located in Canada. International shipping is not available.

We deliver to all Canadian provinces and territories, including:
- All provinces: Ontario, Quebec, British Columbia, Alberta, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, and Prince Edward Island
- All territories: Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut

Delivery to PO Boxes is accepted. Military addresses (APO/FPO) and freight forwarding services are not supported.

All applicable Canadian taxes (GST/HST/PST) are already included in the final price displayed on our product pages. No additional customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees will be charged at delivery for orders to Canada.

All orders ship free of charge to any address in Canada. There are no minimum order requirements.

Delivery Timeframes

Processing Time: 0–2 business days
Processing time covers order review, item preparation, secure packaging, and handover to the shipping carrier.

Shipping Time: 7–9 business days
Once dispatched, delivery via Canada Post takes 7–9 business days.

Total Delivery Time: 7–11 business days
The total timeframe from order placement to arrival at your address is 7–11 business days.

Definition of Business Days
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding statutory holidays observed in Canada. If the final day of the delivery period falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or statutory holiday, delivery will occur on the next business day.

Order Cut-off Time: 12:00 PM (Atlantic Time, GMT -4)
Orders placed before 12:00 PM (Atlantic Time, GMT -4) on a business day are processed the same business day. Orders placed after this cutoff time, on weekends, or on Canadian statutory holidays are processed on the next business day.

All delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier performance, severe weather, elevated order volume during peak seasons, remote delivery locations, or other circumstances beyond our control. Delivery to remote areas in northern territories may require additional transit time.

Shipping Carrier and Order Tracking

All orders are shipped via Canada Post.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will automatically receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear in Canada Post's system after the package has been handed over.

You can track your order at any time using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Delivery and Failed Delivery Attempts

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at the time of checkout.

If you are not available to receive your package, Canada Post will leave a notification with instructions for collection or rescheduling delivery. Please follow the carrier's instructions promptly to avoid delays or return shipment.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address
If delivery fails because the delivery address provided was incorrect, incomplete, or inaccessible, and the package is returned to us, you are responsible for the cost of reshipping the order to a corrected address. We will contact you by email to confirm the new address and arrange payment of the reshipping fee.

If you no longer wish to receive the order after a failed delivery attempt, you may request a refund. The refund will be issued to your original payment method, less any return shipping costs incurred.

Lost Shipments

If your package is lost in transit or does not arrive within the expected delivery window, please contact us at info@darianfits.com with your order number. We will open an investigation with Canada Post to locate the package.

Once the investigation is complete and the package is confirmed as lost, you may choose between:
- A full refund issued to your original payment method, or
- A free replacement shipment of the same item(s), subject to product availability

Investigations with Canada Post typically take 5–10 business days. We will keep you informed throughout the process.

Damaged Shipments

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your package arrives damaged, we strongly recommend contacting us at info@darianfits.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include:
- Your order number
- Photographs of the damaged packaging
- Photographs of the damaged item(s)

We strongly recommend reporting shipping damage within 48 hours of delivery, as this allows us to file a claim with Canada Post on your behalf. Reports submitted after this window may limit our ability to recover costs from the carrier. This does not affect your statutory warranty rights under applicable Canadian consumer protection law.

For confirmed shipping damage, we will offer a full refund or free replacement at your choice, at no additional cost to you. Return shipping for damaged items, when required, will be covered by us.

Under Canadian consumer protection law, the seller bears the risk of loss or damage to goods until they are delivered to you.
