Your Right to Return
Martlaz Limited (trading as Darian Fits) is committed to customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within the timeframes and conditions outlined below.
You may return eligible items within 30 days of the date you receive the goods, for any reason, including change of mind.
Separately, if an item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy at no cost to you under the consumer protection and sale of goods legislation of your province or territory, and in Quebec under the Civil Code of Quebec. These legal rights are not affected by our 30-day return policy.
This policy applies exclusively to orders shipped to addresses in Canada. All prices on our website are displayed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and include all applicable taxes. No additional customs duties or import fees are charged at delivery.

Order Cancellation Before Dispatch
You may cancel your order free of charge at any time before it has been dispatched.
To cancel, contact us immediately at info@darianfits.com with your order number. If the order has not yet been handed over to the carrier, we will cancel it and issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. Please follow the return process described below.

30-Day Return Period
You may return eligible items within 30 days from the date of delivery, regardless of the reason for return (including simple change of mind).
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and unworn
- The item must be in its original packaging with all accessories, labels, and tags intact
- You must contact us at info@darianfits.com before returning any item to obtain return authorization
- Returns sent without prior authorization may not be processed
How to Initiate a Voluntary Return
Contact us by email at info@darianfits.com within 30 days of delivery. Please include:
- Your order number
- Description of the item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return (optional but helpful)
Our customer service team will review your request and provide return authorization with detailed return instructions. Support hours are 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Atlantic Time, GMT -4), Monday to Friday.
Return Shipping Costs
For voluntary returns, return shipping costs are your responsibility, including packaging materials.
We recommend (but do not require) using a tracked shipping service. We cannot be held responsible for return shipments lost in transit when no tracking is provided.
Refund Processing for Voluntary Returns
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status within 7 business days.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days of approval. After processing, please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to post the funds to your account.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we confirmed your refund and you have not received it, please contact us at info@darianfits.com.

Refund Amount
All refunds are issued in Canadian Dollars (CAD) for the full amount you paid. If you paid 100 CAD, you will receive 100 CAD back.
If your bank or payment provider operates in a different currency, they may apply their own conversion rate and foreign transaction fees when receiving the refund. These charges are set by your financial institution and are outside our control. We are not responsible for currency conversion losses imposed by third-party financial institutions.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, you are entitled to a remedy at no cost to you, in accordance with Canadian consumer protection law. This process applies regardless of the standard return window.
How to Report
Contact us at info@darianfits.com with the following information:
- For shipping damage: within 48 hours of delivery (recommended to enable carrier claims; does not limit your statutory warranty rights)
- For manufacturing defects: within the warranty period applicable under the consumer protection and sale of goods legislation of your province or territory, based on the reasonable expected durability of the product. No single fixed period applies across Canada.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Photos of the damaged or defective item
- Photos of the original packaging (for shipping damage)
Your Choice of Remedy
Once we confirm the damage or defect, you may choose between:
(a) A free replacement of the same item, shipped at no additional cost to you, OR
(b) A full refund of the purchase price (including original shipping cost, if any), issued to your original payment method
No restocking fees, return shipping fees, or any other charges apply to damaged or defective items.
Return Shipping for Defective Items
Return shipping for damaged or defective items is fully covered by us. We will provide a prepaid return label or arrange pickup with Canada Post, depending on the item and your location. You will not be asked to pay anything out of pocket.
Processing Time
- Defect claims are reviewed within 2 business days of receiving your report
- Replacements ship within 1–2 business days of approval
- Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item, with the funds appearing in your account within an additional 5–10 business days depending on your bank
Incorrect Items
If you receive a different item from what you ordered (wrong model, color, or size), contact us at info@darianfits.com with your order number and photographs of the item received.
For confirmed shipping errors on our part, we will send the correct item to you free of charge without requiring you to return the incorrect item. We will provide instructions on how to handle the incorrect item.

Exchanges
We offer exchanges within the same 30-day voluntary return window from the date of delivery.
To request an exchange:
- Contact us at info@darianfits.com within 30 days of delivery
- Include your order number, the item you wish to exchange, and the replacement item you would like (size, color, or product)
- Wait for exchange authorization from our team
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested replacement is unavailable, we will offer a refund or alternative item at your choice.
Return shipping costs for voluntary exchanges are your responsibility. Outbound shipping for the replacement item is free of charge.
For exchanges resulting from defective, damaged, or incorrect items, all shipping costs are covered by us.

Refund Method
All refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. We cannot issue refunds to a different card, account, or payment method.
If the original payment method is no longer available (closed account, expired card), please contact us at info@darianfits.com so we can arrange an alternative refund method in compliance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned, regardless of the return window:
- Items that have been used, worn, washed, or altered after delivery
- Items returned without their original packaging or with missing accessories, labels, or tags
- Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, dropping, or unauthorized modifications
- Items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase (where applicable)
All other items in our catalog are eligible for return under the conditions described in this policy.
Important: If your item is damaged or defective when it arrives, the exclusions above do NOT apply. Damaged and defective items always qualify for a free replacement or full refund under the Damaged or Defective Items section above.
