At Darian Fits, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. This Return and Refund Policy explains your options clearly, with no hidden conditions.

Return window

You may return eligible items within 30 days of the date you receive your order, for any reason, including change of mind. Separately, if an item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy at no cost to you under Canadian consumer protection law, and these statutory rights are not affected by our return window.

Condition of returned items

For change-of-mind returns, items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging with all accessories and labels included. This condition does not apply to damaged, defective, or incorrect items, which always qualify for a full refund or free replacement.

How to start a return

All returns require prior authorization. Contact us at info@darianfits.com with your order number before sending anything back. Once your return is approved, we will email you the return address and full instructions. Do not ship any item back before receiving return authorization.

Who pays for return shipping

For change-of-mind (voluntary) returns, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. If an item is damaged, defective, or was sent in error, we cover all return shipping costs.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order on delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at info@darianfits.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. You may choose a full refund or a free replacement, with all return shipping costs covered by us.

Refunds

We process approved refunds within 7 days of receiving and inspecting your returned item. Refunds are issued in full to your original payment method.

No restocking fees

We do not charge restocking fees. There is no minimum order value.

Exchanges

To request an exchange within the 30-day window, contact us at info@darianfits.com with your order number and the replacement item you would like. Exchanges are subject to availability. Outbound shipping of the replacement item is free. Return shipping of the original item is the customer's responsibility, unless the exchange is due to a defect, damage, or our error, in which case we cover it.

Order cancellations

You may cancel your order free of charge at any time before it is dispatched. Contact us immediately at info@darianfits.com with your order number. Once an order has been dispatched, please follow the return process above.

Undeliverable or incorrect address

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you by email to arrange reshipment to a corrected address.
