Shipping and Delivery

Which countries do you ship to? We ship exclusively to Canada. We deliver to all Canadian provinces and territories, including Ontario, Quebec, British Columbia, Alberta, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Prince Edward Island, Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut. We do not currently ship outside of Canada.

How much does shipping cost? Shipping is free for all orders to any address in Canada. There are no minimum order requirements and no hidden fees. The price you see at checkout is the total amount you pay.

How long does delivery take? Total delivery time is 7–11 business days from the date of order placement. This includes processing time (0–2 business days) and transit time via Canada Post (7–9 business days). Orders placed before 12:00 PM (Atlantic Time, GMT -4) on business days are processed the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends, or on Canadian statutory holidays are processed on the next business day.

Where are orders shipped from? All orders are shipped from our Canadian operations facility located at 7 Cypress Crescent, Thompson, MB R8N 0P6, Canada. Shipping is handled exclusively by Canada Post.

Will I receive tracking information? Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will automatically receive a confirmation email containing your Canada Post tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after the package has been handed over.

Do you deliver to PO Boxes? Yes, we deliver to PO Boxes across Canada. Military addresses (APO/FPO) and freight forwarding services are not supported.

Are customs or import fees charged at delivery? No. All applicable Canadian taxes (GST/HST/PST) are already included in the final price displayed on our product pages. You will not be charged any customs duties, import taxes, surcharges, or handling fees at delivery.

What should I do if my order is delayed? Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by carrier performance, weather, peak season volume, or delivery to remote areas. If your package has not arrived within the expected window, please contact us at info@darianfits.com with your order number and we will open an investigation with Canada Post.

What if my package is lost? If your package is confirmed as lost in transit, you may choose between a full refund issued to your original payment method or a free replacement shipment of the same item(s), subject to availability. Canada Post investigations typically take 5–10 business days.

What if my package arrives damaged? Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your package arrives damaged, we strongly recommend contacting us at info@darianfits.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged packaging and items. For confirmed shipping damage, we will offer a full refund or free replacement at your choice, with return shipping covered by us if needed. This recommendation does not limit your statutory warranty rights under applicable Canadian consumer protection law.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept? We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, Discover, Maestro, and UnionPay, as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay. All accepted methods are displayed at checkout.

Is checkout secure? Yes. We use industry-standard SSL/TLS encryption to protect your payment information during transmission. Our payment processors are PCI DSS compliant, and we do not store complete credit card numbers or CVV codes on our servers.

When is the payment charged? Your payment is charged immediately upon completing checkout. You will receive an order confirmation email once the transaction is complete.

In which currency are prices displayed? All prices on our website are displayed in Canadian Dollars (CAD). The CAD amount shown at checkout is the exact amount charged to your payment method.

Are taxes included in the price? Yes. All applicable Canadian taxes (GST/HST/PST) are already included in the price you see on the product page and at checkout. No additional taxes are added at checkout or upon delivery.

What if my payment authorization fails? If payment authorization fails, your order will not be processed and you will be notified by email. You may resubmit payment using the same method after resolving the issue with your bank, or use an alternative accepted payment method.

Returns and Refunds

How long do I have to return an item?

You may return eligible items within 30 days of the date you receive the goods, for any reason, including change of mind. Separately, if an item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy at no cost to you under Canadian consumer protection law, and these rights are not affected by our return window.

What condition must returned items be in? Items must be unused, unworn, in their original packaging, and with all accessories, labels, and tags intact. This does not apply to damaged, defective, or incorrect items, which always qualify for a free replacement or full refund regardless of their condition.

Who pays for return shipping? Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the item is damaged, defective, or was sent in error, in which case we cover all return shipping costs.

Where should I send returns? All approved returns must be sent to our Canadian operations facility at 7 Cypress Crescent, Thompson, MB R8N 0P6, Canada. Please contact us at info@darianfits.com before sending any item back to obtain return authorization and instructions.

How long does it take to receive a refund? We process approved refunds within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned goods. Please allow an additional 5 to 10 business days for your bank or payment provider to post the funds to your account.

Can I exchange an item? Yes. We offer exchanges within the 30-day voluntary return window from the date of delivery. To request an exchange, contact us at info@darianfits.com with your order number, the item you wish to exchange, and the replacement item you would like (size, color, or product). Exchanges are subject to product availability. Outbound shipping of the replacement item is free of charge. Return shipping of the original item is your responsibility, unless the exchange is due to a defect, damage, or shipping error, in which case all shipping costs are covered by us.

What if my item is defective? If your item arrives damaged or defective, you are entitled to a remedy at no cost to you. We strongly recommend contacting us at info@darianfits.com within 48 hours of delivery for shipping damage, or within the warranty period applicable under the consumer protection laws of your province or territory for manufacturing defects. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos. You may choose between a free replacement or a full refund, with all return shipping costs covered by us.

Can I cancel my order before it ships? Yes. You may cancel your order free of charge at any time before it is dispatched. Contact us immediately at info@darianfits.com with your order number. Once an order has been handed over to Canada Post, cancellation is no longer possible — please follow the return process instead.
